Staff was very pleasant. Confusion at checking in regarding booked cost and no notice of room request made prior to stay. All worked out eventually.
Negatives:
Iron had only high heat, nearly ruined clothes. Definitely needs to be replaced. No clock in room.

The person working in the breakfast area was very rude she stood in front of the food area so we had to get around her. Also, we told her there was no coffee and she just stared at us.

The spiders in the room. I killed about three spiders during my overnight stay. One was even in my bed and crawled on my child. It made the stay slightly uncomfortable.
