The hotel portion was great. We enjoyed the restaurant and bar, staff was friendly, food was good, nice snack/drink selection in the front lobby. I loved the sliding glass door that went right to my truck on the first floor. Big selection for breakfast with an option for made-to-order omelets. Lots of on-site parking. Was great to have everything there so we didn't have to leave after 11 hours of driving.
Negatives:
The sheets on one of the beds were not clean (hair/dirt/stains). I chose this hotel because of the cleanliness reviews and was willing to pay a little extra for that. I couldn't not wear shoes in the room as the carpet was soaked in front of the bathroom, to the point of slipping on the tile in the bathroom. I told the staff about it and I got the response of, "it could be from shampooing the carpet." They couldn't tell me if that room in particular had been shampooed recently and it was only in one (big) spot. The bathroom itself wasn't very clean. They offered for me to switch rooms but my son was already sleeping, so not sure how the other rooms are. Busy location. Our TV had a difficult time working properly.

No microwave oven in room. Refrigerator froze everything in it. Carpet constantly wet around bathroom door and wall. Hotel restaurant prices very high. Beds were small.

We were a last minute booking as our flight was redirected. They got us in late at night and let us sleep in in the morning.

The breakfast finished at 9:30 am and the hotel seemed to turn to the event in the conference rooms. We were three hours off from the West coast so we were looking for a bit of flexibility. We did get a late check out but minimal.
