BEST PART OF IT: FREE COFFEE/TEA IN THE LOBBY ALL DAY LONG and the man who was in charge of the coffee was so nice and always made sure we had everything we needed. And the coffee was sooo good.
Negatives:
We had to ask 3 times for housekeeping, we only got it after multiple days of asking for it after we didnt even need it.
No ventilation in the rooms, so it can get smelly and humid.

Negatives:
The room itself was not as clean as we expected from a 9+ rating. Also, the external pnoise level around the hotel was more than anticipated and woke us up a few times in the middle of the night.

The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast good, seating area was nice, little shop had nice options and liked the snack bags on table.
Negatives:
The hallways and room looked a bit tired. Carpets were stained, chaise in room was spotted and furniture seemed worn.
The bathroom was clean and in pretty good shape.
