The room had stains on furniture, walls and ceilings. The bathtub was dirty. The window wouldnt open all the way and had no screen in it so bugs got in because the heat in the room didnt shut off properly. Way to much money for basic things that they offered

Check in time was on an hour delay. Spa had massive amounts of chemicals on the bottom, causing rashes on feet. Breakfast was not worth the added cost. Hotel room sheets has something resembling mouse droppings. not impressed.

We liked the pool and the comfortable beds. The lobby is very modern and beautiful.

The hot tub jets were broken and the water wasnt very hot. The continental breakfast is expensive and not worth it. There is an air freshener automatically sprayed every few minutes flooding the halls with an artificial floral smell.

Pool and hot tub are great temperatures. The hot tub is crystal clear and well kept. The room was modern and clean. The entire hotel was well kept. The staff was pleasant, especially James and the other gentleman working at the front desk.
Negatives:
but the pool appears quite cloudy and the trim portion of the walls have a film that would be easily cleaned off. Names and smiley faces are scratched into it. The chlorine (urine) smell is extremely strong in the pool area. Add a few potted plants to the pool for improved ambiance. When calling the front desk, there was little greeting. Even more of a 'grunt' of a response by a female staffer.
