Positives: Quiet most of the time. Good beds.

Negatives: Room never serviced during the whole stay. Disposable stuff (toilet paper, tissue, soap, shampoo) never replenished: had to ask for it myself. Bath towels never replaced with dry ones. Dirty sticky floors. Cockroaches. Magnetic card key was getting constantly demagnetized twice a day. Tiny toilet bowl area inside the washroom (almost impossible to use - around 4" on each side) and no exhaust fan. Dirty sink, never cleaned. Bed lights don't work. Bed sheets with stains. No TV cable channels and extremely limited access to free internet sites by the TV set (mostly besides YouTube). One night with no internet access at all. Police issue and shouting in one of the rooms in the middle of one night (several hours, starting at around 1AM).

They lie and say they took care of it and then you find out only the manager can accept the request to change and he is never there. They took our money and now we have to find other accommodations. I hope Booking.com removes this property from their site.
