Negatives: Property was not clean, room was bad. Drain in shower did not drain properly. Bed was not comfortable. Person who checked us in did not know anything, couldn’t even tell us best place to park because he didn’t know the facility. Room card kept deactivating everytime we left. Overall poor. We travel to Syracuse often and would not go back or recommend to anyone.
