Not clean. AC not working properly. No wifi at all working. AC filter was not changed.They did not give even one bottle of water.

Staff was friendly during checkin. The location was close to our event that we were attending however I (as a woman) wouldn't feel comfortable with traveling at night in the area. The traffic in this area was horrible too.

We had to call about the bathroom toilet seat to be tightened because it was so loose. The remote originally wouldn't work because the box was mounted behind the bureau on the back. By the end of the night the bottoms of our feet were black.

The free breakfast from 6am-9am. It's real breakfast and not some stale crusty granola bar that other hotels/motels pass off for breakfast.

What I don't like is that other guests hog up the breakfast stations. Taking over the waffle machines and toasters to feed a family of 17 people. Sometimes you can't sit in the breakfast area because they'll take over the tables by pushing them together.
