Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The parking garage …. People smoking weed. The way to get from garage to hotel is awkward. Tricky to get into and easy to miss the driveway. The “coffee bar” is not breakfast, and the coffee was weak.

The rooms were small and dirty. The first room we had had a pee smell and war appeared to be a puddle on the middle of the floor so we switched rooms. The next room had a broken ac/ heater. Very uncomfortable night!

You had to ask for basic necessities. House keeping doesn’t come to the room daily. I’ve never been to a hotel/motel where house keeping didn’t actually house keep. Location was right next to major roadway which made for horrible noise.

Location was pretty close to sleepy hollow area, beds comfortable, gentlemen in front was very pleasant and tried to do his best with my request

First the smell of both rooms were totally different, one had a very strong male cologne and my room smelt like dirty mop water, both rooms found dead and live roaches, also went down stairs to complain and the gentleman in front tried to see if he could change my room but completely booked and no housekeeper at the time.

The location- it was hard to rest with a lot of noise. The bed frame made noise when changing positions. Didn’t rest at all. It was clean juts not comfortable. Breakfast was grab and go but not even worth listing. It’s close to a Duncan Donuts and A diner.

Filthy to say the least. I have stayed in modest accommodations before, but this experience was unreal. The room I was given was in unacceptable condition: doors covered in sticky residue, broken television, filth on counters, floors, and chairs, bathroom door off its hinge and unable to close properly, and dirty sheets.
The only positive aspect of my stay was the professionalism of the young lady at the front desk. Otherwise, the conditions were disgusting. I searched for other hotels in the area, but everything was fully booked. With three children in tow and no alternative rooms available, I was left with no choice but to remain in this state.
To be VERY clear: if any other option had been available, I would have left immediately.
