Positives: Front desk staff extremely rude and highly biased . Did not give shampoo/ towels Refused even coffee ! Asked us to check out when we asked for the above politely !!! Unbelievably inhumane service .

Positives: Hotel includes self parking. Staff at front desk were extremely pleasant.

Negatives: Rooms need a complete update. Bathroom was old; even the toilet seat was loose. They should havw non-slip strips or a mat in the tub.

Positives: I honestly for the price I hope something better, but honestly we didnt like it the hotel, it smelled terrible because there were lots of people smoking marijuana. I dont know why it was so expensive. Probably because of the Halloween weekend.

Negatives: I had a confirmed reservation made 3 weeks in advance, and called at 4 p.m. the day of arrival to say Id be in late, but before midnight. When I arrived at 11:30 p.m. I was told they had no room for me. Im 69 years old and ended up sleeping in my car on a cold night. It was miserable!

Positives: It was ok

Negatives: There were no basic dishes at all. I Just wanted/expected a coffee maker and a cup. I didn't want to order a"package" of dishes!! Especially when you arrive late, what a hassle and waste.

Positives: Location is good, check in was easy, room was clean.

Negatives: Parking is a pain -garage is not attached to hotel, so multiple elevators needed to get back and forth to car. Morning coffee was awful -pretty much brown water. Expensive stay for quality of room.
