Breakfast selection is mainly carbs. Bagels, muffins, waffle makers, oatmeal, toasts etc, fruit, coffee, tea and fruit juice. The only gluten free items are the fruits.

Great location off i-90, but not too close so road noise not an issue.
Negatives:
We stayed with our dog and she was very interested in going under one of the beds. Turns out that hadn't been cleaned at all. See photos.

The hotel was clean and our room was great. Breakfast was also great!
Negatives:
When I arrived to check in the check in staff member was sitting on a sofa scrolling his phone. It took him a few minutes to get up to check us in. The lobby also smelled strongly of weed as did the entire 3rd floor of the hotel where our room was located.
