I would like to thank the reception staff for their high performance and outstanding service to guests. I would like to mention Lloyd in particular, who is distinguished by his helpfulness, lack of delay, and always having a beautiful smile that brings joy. He is also polite and gives a wonderful impression of his high performance.

Negatives:
1. Elevator is hard to operate and slow. We were stuck inside for 5min before we can get out or go any floor.
2. The AC is super noisy, we have to keep it off over night.
3. The bed is too soft.
4. Coffee/tea maker does not work!
Maybe we got the worst room as we checked in after midnight. But the hardware of this hotel is very disappointing!

We LOVE Lloyd. This is the second time we have stayed at the Indigo and because Lloyd had been so helpful the first time, we were overjoyed to see him again. To be honest, the service we received from Lloyd the first time was part of our decision to return. Lloyd is attentive, observant and exceeds expectations every time. Conner in the cafe was also excellent. He was so helpful and delivered quick service even though he was the only person working that day. When we complimented Lloyd and thanked him he said, "It's because we want you to come back". Thank you again, Lloyd. Rest assured, we will return.
