Sheraton Laguardia East Hotel

Positives: Good evening, I would never prefer anyone to stay in this hotel. The building is beautiful from the outside, but when you enter the hotel, you find that you have entered a disco. The receptionist was very quiet, but she looked exhausted from the number of people near the reception desk and talking loudly. Well, I arrived late at 7:30 in the evening. I received the room key and I was supposed to receive a card explaining to me that I would get a free breakfast based on my reservation of the room through the internet. I did not take just a card. I was asked to scan it by phone. Well, I went up to the room and was surprised by the opposite of what I expected. First, the room was completely different from what was on the website. The covers were very untidy. In addition, there were no coffee or sugar bags. Of course, I will be asked why you did not speak, sir. I sent a message to the hotel management, but no one has answered me yet. Well, I gave in to sleep because I only wanted to sleep because I was tired from a flight and I had another flight the next day.
