It was very close to our destination. The front desk people were very nice and very helpful. The Mexican restaurant was excellent. Ample parking.
Negatives:
It could have been cleaner, television didnt work, key card didnt work, not enough towels and there were no washcloths. Refrigerator had a very loud buzzing sound that kept us awake most of the night. Cigarette holes in the blankets.

The bed was comfortable, the shower worked fine. That's about it.
Negatives:
The staff was not friendly, they were not at all helpful. No service when asked, we had to go down to the desk, every time we needed towels. As soon as I turned on the hair dry, it started smoking, very dangerous. On our 2nd day of stay, we realized our door to our room did not lock, we had to hook the privacy latch on the inside while we were there. Oh and the side enterence door on the side of the building was unlocked all 3 days we were there.

Needs a lot of TLC, and maybe training for the staff, how to greet, and provide friendly serves.

The location was perfect and the price was good. It is not like the big named hotels. The rooms are clean the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The Mexican restaurant was absolutely amazing

They need to do more of a deep cleaning there were lots of cob webs and stuff in corners and put in a fragrance system to get he stale smell of cigarette smoke out.

Very misrepresented hotel on bookings site. Condition of building and area is not what is presented. Did not feel safe staying and so I moved on to another city. In process of disputing charge on my card.
