i COULD NOT CHECK-IN THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF HOTEL PROBLEM BUT THEY DO NOT REFUND MY PAYMENT.
I made areservation but I could not check-in this hotel because of hotel's inernet problem.
Hotel staff suggested me to leave hotel and they will make full refund.
They sent me an e-mail about full refund.
After I came back to Korea, I contacted booking.com and asked to refund my payment.
I have spent about 20 days to discuss this refund with booking.com.
Booking.com seems to have an intention to make a refund in a beginning, but actually I did nothing.
Booking.com have just waited a confirmation for refund from the hotel.
And finally booking.com told me that they will not refund it.
I hope that you do not have same experience as me.

Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. It is a dog friendly hotel which is what I wanted, but the common areas and the rooms themselves did not disappoint. I was made to feel welcome, as was my well behaved dog. Thank you to Michael and the other staff. I would recommend this hotel to pet owners and non pet owners alike.

Parking is cramped and not many spaces available, but there is parking across the street.

the room lacked comfort. There was only one chair for a room with two beds. There was not a comfortable place to sit, read or watch tv.

A handicapped room without a walk in shower is not good. I could not shower. The bathroom lacked a place to put my personal items.
