Location and price was what made me decide to book this stay. The beds were comfortable and everything worked.

We had two rooms and both were unacceptable for cleanliness, the room smelt musty and like old cigarette smoke, there was hair on the pillows and in the shower, the sheets had stains, the floor was sticky to walk on and everything you touched in the room felt dirty and sticky. We ended up buying disinfectant spray and wipes to clean the room. The beds were all sprayed down, we replaced the pillow covers with new bought ones and we wiped down all the surfaces on the microwave, tv, fridge and cleaned the floor. It was our only option since everything in the area was fully booked or triple the price. Even the exterior of the building was dirty and neglected, broken glass beside the stairs and wall stucco laying around. No pride in keeping the rooms clean, it looks like they just make the beds between guests and do nothing else.

Up to the time I entered the office my reservation was for the day I said. When I asked for our room we were a week late. They got money from us twice. They said it was the third party's fault. This is the second time this has happened.
