I have stayed at this property a few times, and the staff is super friendly.
Negatives:
The first room I was assigned, smelled like mold and cigarettes. I was able to get my room changed, and this one did not smell and was definitely cleaner. However, the fitted sheet on the bed kept popping up, which was super aggravating and the mattress pad that you could see underneath the fitted sheet when it would pop up was disgusting. There is no serious issue with the room itself but the clientele that was staying there at the same time were awful, my first visit there I was in a nice room up close to the lobby. This time I was way in the back and when they switched my room I was on the side with the highway so there was a lot of noise at one point there was a couple in the room next to a screaming, every word in the dictionary and Im pretty sure they were physically fighting. When I attempted to call down to the front lobby, I realized that the phone wasnt even connected where you could call the lobby after having such an amazing experience the first time this was definitely at the far opposite end of the spectrum.
