Negatives:
The staff was rude. I didn't know food was not allowed out the breakfast area. This worker came and told me your daughter did this ( spilled juice )in the hallway. I knew and was going to clean it up , I said im sorry to this man and very respectful but after that he really watched me walk all the way down the hall to my room. I was just going to get my daughter to bring her back to the breakfast area out of respect. Now after I realized they never came to clean up the room nor take garbage out. I asked why and a housekeeper told me to sit the garage outside the door. I never got clean wash cloths or towels , I even asked and they said they didn't have any at all. Never in my life have heard of such a thing. I would not stay there again or recommend anyone to stay.

There was no room service each day but I imagine that was representative of the price. The rooms/bathrooms are showing age.

The price but now we see why, room was dirty and asked for a refund

Front desk toom 5 mins for someone to come to it with 3 groups waiting to check in.
Room was dirty! Not swept, pee under toilet seat, blanket dirty, fridge dirty, and found 2 bugs in the sheets.
Outside doors were not locked so safety was a concern too.
We couldn't even stay, we asked for a refund.

The toilet seat needs to be changed. Could not get any soap or shampoo out of the containers.
I used to work in this industry. I pulled the sheets back and looked and the bed even though it had a protector was so soiled it was unbelievable. The bathtub needs to be repaired. Where the drain is the cover would not the water go down it. I lifted it out and there was like a 2 inch screw just loose. The tub was also had pieces of dirt in it.
Sorry, I know everyone works hard and not begrudging their work habits. But it is attention to details that get you a better tip .
Just things like that .
But I figured I got what I paid for. Next time I will pay the difference.
