Positives:
Beautiful hotel, it was brand new, very good location, close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast had a good variety of items. We enjoyed the warm inside pool.
Negatives:
Fire alarm going off early morning a few times in my 2 day stay. There seemed to be a malfunction of the system. Good that there was no fire but I was on edge.

There needs to be a full length mirror in the room. There needs to be a bag for dirty laundry that the person can use for laundry, shoes, wet swim suits, etc

Staff were nice.
Negatives:
Toilets and pillows not clean. No crib available. A/C very noisy. Only one person for reception, breakfast and room service !! Very low quality and poor breakfast. Many things were missing, no coffee, no cup !! Waffles, omelet and sausages tasted so bad we could not eat anything except yogurt and cereals.
