I booked this hotel simply because it stated pet friendly. After traveling an hour, getting held up I called enroute to the hotel just incase if it was specific rooms and the gentleman that answered the phone stated its only for service animals.
Positives:
The staff was pretty nice, especially the housekeeping staff. The overall atmosphere is calm and everyone was nice and accommodating.
Negatives:
It felt like we were staying in a parking lot.

The Candlewood Suites offer more than just your average room with a few packs of coffee. It was a large spacious room like a studio apartment. There is a full kitchenette that even includes a dishwasher and cookware. This would be a great hotel for prolonged stays. Too bad we just had a quick one night stopover before heading off to our destination in Philadelphia.

The motel was just located 5 minutes away from the town. I liked the kitchenette which had quite a lot of utensils and made it comfortable for us to cook if needed.

It would have been better if breakfast was also available
