Kassandra the head of housekeeping was absolutely amazing. When I went into the room I was given the thermostat wasn't working correctly. She tried to fix it as maintenance had left for the day but couldn't so she went downstairs and got me a different room and helped me move my things and brought me a fan to boot!

breakfasts included in our room price was not available at the time we needed. Second day breakfast only had oj and a dry bagle.

pull out bed - no pillows or blankets were in the room; didn't like being charged for a breakfast that was not available or just bagles. hotel should provide airport parking so those flying out could take a shuttle over.

Yes, KAREN from the restaurant went miles above to help me . We couldn't make it to Kiplinger's theatre without her help.
She went on call a cab then kept checking if we were okay till he arrives.
Her service was amazing. The chicken wings and fries were delicious.
Really Karen needs to be recognized.

The girl at the reception was not friendly at all. She was bothered of asked a question.
