Negatives:
DO NOT BOOK - I booked a double room for 2 people with breakfast included. When we went down for breakfast the next day, the receptionist told us only one breakfast was included and we need to pay for the second. I have never in my life seen a hotel booking for 2 people and only one breakfast included, so when I questioned this, I was told they can't do anything and it's basically my problem to sort. The receptioninst was extremely unhelpful. We had no choice but to pay for the breakfast, but this definitely sounds like a mistake is being made somwehere and no one is trying to sort it.
Booking.com haven't been helpful either, they told me to contact the hotel to sort it, so basically neither party is willing to help me. Avoid this hotel at all costs, as there are many others around the airport that offer the same facilities (some at even lower prices) and I'm sure don't scam people in this way.
Booking.com customer service should also try to be more helpful in sorting these matters, as this is not a mistake done by the customer

Nice hotel, staff, location but...
Positives:
Shuttle and driver to and from the Marriott were excellent & timely; Porter in hotel excellent. (James) - helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
Restaurant: food;service fair. no silverware at table, order at the counter; not very prompt not informed of coffee available other than on menu. Not a good value and disappointing for a Marriott.

Positives:
One of the worst experiences in New York hotels and American hotels in general, when booking through Booking.com, the full amount was paid and I sent a request to prepare an extra bed for a 3-year-old child, and two large rooms were booked and I only needed one extra bed for a child, and a message was sent upon booking, and when I arrived, the front disk was informed and she said okay, i went to the room and waited and my child sleep, I called the reception and asked about the bed, she said oh I forgot to report your need for the bed, then the housekeeper called me and said we do not have an extra bed, I said I sent a request before I arrived, the bed is supposed to be provided with the room because the room required an extra bed, and I tried to talk to her and they did not provide me with an extra bed, my son could not sleep comfortably because he slept in the middle between the mother and father, and we did not sleep comfortably either, and I told the front disk I would write what happened in the evaluation and she was not interested in the hotel’s reputation at all, and at breakfast we are 5 people I was given a card For breakfast for two people only, I had to go to the reception again to correct the mistake so that we could eat breakfast. When checking out, the receptionist was talking to us with arrogance and conceit, and she was replaced and another nice person came. The experience was very, very bad. It should not be repeated, and I will never recommend it and I will be careful with it.
