Positives: Hot shower with clean comfortable bed was a welcome after 4 frustrating hours waiting for immigration clearance. We checked our by 12noon so basically a overnight stay.

Negatives: Limited food options at restaurant, arrived by 9pm and went without dinner. Very few vegetarian or dairy free options. Lady at reception asked if was in the right place after telling her the name the reservation was under, turned out it was captured incorrectly on the system using the middle name instead of first name.

It was nice but the front desk people I ask about somebody help me to take my suitcase to the room and she tell me do it by yourself we don’t have anybody and shuttle bus drive he help me and I ask again when I’m check out for any help she tell me go help yourself we don’t have anybody and I do it by myself it was 5 am . I asked for help because I have two kids and two old people

Positives: The shuttle service was easy to access and ran exactly on time. The room was fine (just as expected)

Negatives: The food at dinner was mediocre at best. Probably the poorest Caesar salad I ever had (lettuce, dressing, a sprinkle of grated cheese ... nothing else; I would at least have expected eggs to be in it...). The fries were stale

Positives: Close enough yet far enough away from JFK that it is very quiet. Less than 15 minutes in an Uber. Check in managed 24 hours a day. Check in at 1am was quick and efficient. Room was very comfortable and bathroom /shower was good.
