Positives: Beautiful views, good coffee and food (at a price), good wine list and nice server Rose in the restaurant.

Negatives: It was our honeymoon, which was shared, and no special treatment at all. A lot of add on prices, food expensive and not too much else around so restricted to eating in the restaurant. Staff in the hotel could do with some training (except Rose) in hospitality. Big cruise ships with loud music pull into the hotel every morning and afternoon disrupting the ambiance of the hotel. The hotel furniture, sun beds could do with an upgrade, tired and falling apart.

Positives: Nothing. Most of the staff were incompetent

Negatives: Young lady with a Muslim scarf said I had double booked. Didn't bother to help me . Offered no assistance. Just left me to deal with it. Would have costed me over $800 for the extra day as I had booked 3 rooms for 2 days. We turned up and took the 3 rooms but her incompetence didn't allow her to fix the extra 3 rooms which she claimed was booked. Such a waste of a human

Negatives: The free shuttle offered becomes full very quickly & then you have to wait another 30 minutes or sort yourself out with a taxi at extra cost.
