Hotel was in a terrible area with nothing around except construction. Staff were unfriendly. Most of all, one of the $3 waters in the hotel room was already opened and partially empty - SO GROSS.

Friendly staff, large clean room, very comfortable bed,good breakfast, and close to the airport with a shuttle.
Negatives:
Breakfast was not free with the room and the price of the room was a bit high. (Although I know its in New York). The air conditioner in the room was very noisy. The shower head was broken. The shuttle only runs until 10:00 p.m. and we arrived at JFK after 10:00 so we had to pay for a cab. I believe the website said 24 hour shuttle?

What I didn't like was the time it took us to leave the airport to finally get to the hotel. Wasn't I formed or advised that the shuttle drivers go on a break at the time of my arrival.
