Positives:
Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - I arrived overnight and they coordinated a shuttle pick up with no fuss - similarly the return shuttle and holding of luggage after checkout was no problem at all. They couldn't do enough for me to feel welcomed and supported. Complementary breakfast is the best I have had in any hotel!!
Negatives:
The benefits of being so close to JFK is the obvious drawback of being a distance from downtown NY. However, a bus stop is right outside the hotel with a connecting subway.

Shuttle was efficient. Room was clean and had more amenities than I was expecting. Staff was nice.
Negatives:
The fridge and fan in the room was noisy. I could not find peace because I couldn't turn off the fan nor fridge so it was just loud. While grateful for a free bagged breakfast, the bagel was extremely dry.

We like to stay at Residence Inn properties and this one suited our purposes as we had a very early flight and wanted to be close to the airport. The room was modern and very clean.
Negatives:
The room didn’t have the usual kitchen facilities and there was a HUGE bathroom with a tiny vanity…for such a huge space it wasn’t functional, but it was very clean.
