Staff was polite and breakfast buffet was included with the stay.
Negatives:
The place seemed to be really short staffed of a cleaning crew since the rooms were extremely dirty. We've changed rooms once, since the bed had a big liquid spill in it, but the second room was also really dirty, with dead roches and spills on the walls, and the towels all felt damped. Too bad since one year ago the place was pretty decent and well priced.

It was a learning experience...
Positives:
Booking .com and this hotel screwed up the dates, I even received texts with the correct date but when I got there I was a day late and they could not do anything so we were out a room and no where to go. We were visiting my 92 year old Aunt who was having a birthday and had to deal with this. The company and Booking.com have a great racquet going on. I am out $150

Verify dates before charging someone for the wrong day and the day they actually booked you had no room but still charged me.
