Positives:
Although the price is always higher for parent weekend at SUNY Binghamton, I felt I got great value for the money spent here. And the location was very convenient!
Negatives:
With 10 minutes left in breakfast Service and no coffee left in the pot, they didn’t feel the need to put out a fresh pot of coffee!

Positives:
location was practical, next to a mall (though clearly economically distressed area - most shops were closed up) and a Wegmans, hot water worked in shower. I picked because of EV charging, which worked, but staff knew nothing about it (e.g., do I need to move the car after x hours? is there any price incentive? (marked "for hotel guests only") Breakfast was surprisingly good - had just what we needed (eggs, bacon, granola, (instant) oatmeal)
Negatives:
the room was tired, the window didn't close properly and had been duct-taped shut, the blackout curtain was too small and required a hair clip to keep the two sides from having a large gap, carpet was worn, the bathtub/ shower was functional but that's it - shower head too low (approx 5 feet high), we could not stop the dripping from the bar sink in the room, there was a lot of noise from the surrounding roads, we could smell diesel fumes from the truckers parking below to get their pizza, the immediate vicinity of the hotel was industrial and shabby,

Good location in the middle of this town and facilitiy is very good. The beds and washroom are conveniet. There is a big supermake and pharmacy oppose the hotel.

Telephone line in the room is out of order.

And the hotel is nice, but this one was very disappointing.
