Negatives: The restaurant is a kiosk, and the food is like fast food. Both hot tubs were broken. I called the night before and they said everything was working. The location was very far from Lake Placid Center. The hotel was very "worn-out looking".

Negatives: Management was difficult to deal with, I already complained to your staff of the situation. Double Booking, arguing about not honoring breakfast when I paid for it through your app. The customer service rep smelled like he just smoked marijuana. Rooms and bathrooms require a face lift
