Positives:
Beautiful views of the lake and good sized rooms. I felt very safe in the hotel and the town overall, and the staff were great.
Negatives:
The air conditioners are very loud, and the smoke detector has an incredibly bright, flashing white light that faces the beds. The pillows were way too soft for me, but that’s a personal preference and I was only staying one night so I didn’t ask if they had any others.

Fantastic place to stay when...
Positives:
Breakfast was good, pretty standard fare overall but good. My room was very satisfactory and clean.. Location was excellent. The bartender was excellent and a very personable host this was a pleasant surprise. The person he was training was brand new and when trying to explain giving her a tip there was again a communication gap. She was good and attentive just not quite attuned to the custom of giving tips for her good service.
Negatives:
The one elevator was down during my entire stay. And on my day of departure at 5AM the second elevator was inoperable. I tried to explain this to the check in clerk but due to what seemed like a communication gap she could not understand. This had resulted in walking down 5 floors with three bags. While not a deal breaker it was an inconvenience in an otherwise excellent stay.

this was a great location for my daughters basketball team, large lobby with lots of seating to hang out at night, outdoor seating area also with firepit, playground and lake right across the street and a walkway up to Main Street for eating and shopping right around the corner. Pool area was clean and towels well stocked. Only complaint was that only 1 of the 2 elevators was working due to maintenance so it took a while to wait for that but would definately stay here again. Ozzy at the front deask was so friendly and accomodating!
