Positives:
The full breakfast was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean. The location was close to Letchworth State Park which was impressive to visit.
Negatives:
The hotel description did not mention that there was no elevator to the 2nd floor and the stairs were difficult for arthritic knees.
Upon examining the sheets with a UV-C light, there were many stains on the sheets. The very helpful, friendly male desk attendant immediately brought us clean sheets which had no stains.

Shower stall base had a crack in the center, bathroom doorknob was loose and the door didn’t shut (moisture problem?), lighting in bathroom was poor, no outlets near nightstand, went through 5 key cards before one worked, no luggage cart and had to open a door while carrying luggage to enter the hallway to the rooms.
