Clean hotel, that's about it. Did not have any power nor full or partial refund.
Negatives:
I had to book due to a canceled flight because of an ice storm. The power went out, and their backup generator did not work. I chose to stay here for a little extra $ to enjoy the amenities after a long day of delays leading up to a canceled flight only to have power for 1hr out of my entire stay? No hot water, lights, or heat. I spoke to the front desk lady regarding a reimbursement and called twice and was told they are working on refunds for peoplewhot were booked during the storm. I reached out to the hotel manager Tom Gibson via voicemail and email and received no response what so ever.
