The young woman at reception. She is an excellent representative, and I believe had she been at the desk for the entirety of my stay I wouldn't have been so disappointed in my overall experience.

Elevator inoperable, door to toilet severely damaged by screwdriver or similar item used to tear the door open, an unattached handle to closet door and other issues. I see little option but to contact code enforcement and my county commissioner.

Weird brown liquid and hair in the shower. Beds were clearly not cleaned. Side table was covered in sticky liquid, like someone dropped a soda on it. People kept coming/going in next door room around 2-3 AM. Previous person's alarm went off at 4 AM.

the staff at this location are super friendly, very helpful, accommodating, and hospitable. they add a personal touch that makes you feel both comfortable and welcome. the hotel is also very clean.

The usually heated pool was cold as ice as the heater was not working, or room had a broken drawer, 1 out of 4 mirror lights worked, our remote control to the tv did not work. There was no jacuzzi, even though they advertised it. And so on...

It was awful! Not maintained, don't pick up trash outside. Did not sleep. Could not regulate room temperature--either too hot or too cold and fan much too high and noisy. Breakfast at 7am was cold. TV did not work. Staff doesn't care.

The Employee that checked us in was Rude she said she only had 5 min left and she was done and getting on a bus and that the next employee was a no show and she didn't care There was no employee at the front desk all night There was no coffee or breakfast ready at 7 a.m. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.
