Elevator was not working. Hallway smelled like someone was smoking which was seeking into my room. I had my 3 year old in the room with me and he happened to start coughing that’s when I noticed the smell was coming into my room with the door closed.

I wish the refrigerator had a freezer, it didn't. When I travel with an ice chest I refreeze cold packs each night. A guest was talking very loud in the hall but you can't help rude guests.

The aroma of Marijuana smoke throughout the hotel, especially the room next door, as it lingered into our room. THE HOTEL STATES, THEY ARE NON-SMOKING ROOMS, YET THE WHOLE 1ST FLOOR REEKS OF MARIJUANA!!!
The elevator was and has been out of order for days. Supposedly, the only accessible rooms that are double bed are on the 3rd floor. The front desk had the audacity to ask my grandmother if she could go up 3 flights of stairs... she had her walker in hand!?! So needless to say, my grandmother and I had to share a king bed!!

Positives:
The young woman at reception. She is an excellent representative, and I believe had she been at the desk for the entirety of my stay I wouldn't have been so disappointed in my overall experience.
Negatives:
Elevator inoperable, door to toilet severely damaged by screwdriver or similar item used to tear the door open, an unattached handle to closet door and other issues. I see little option but to contact code enforcement and my county commissioner.

I had to leave before breakfast was served every day I stayed I did not like much at this hotel I was not what I expected from a laquinta

It was dirty the cable did not work first nite there and my last nite before I had to drive home I was awakend by the fire alarm at 2 am after sitting outside for half an hr I came back in to try and rest and the alarm continued to go off and on so I left at 330 am to travel home . No apologies or even any explanation or discount
