La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albany Airport

Negatives: The entire place smelled like weed. Saturday night when we got back to our room the weed smell was so strong my daughter and I both had a headache. I called the front desk and all they offered to do was give me spray to cover the smell.

Negatives: A dog on our floor barked all night our first night, but after that, it was quiet and easy to rest and sleep.

Negatives: Very unorganized. Had an issue the manager didn't address

Negatives: Room was dirty. They did not gave transport from airport and I had inquired about timing and was never told no transport!

Negatives: Breakfast was super

Negatives: Seems like there are long term visitors there. There was extreme violence where a couple was fighting for over 4 hours in the early morning. The front desk agent came to there room 3 times and they did not stop until the police was called. This seems to be no surprise to the staff as they have been notified of fights before. Others were there arguing and running up and down the hall ways. My guess is that this facility is being used to house those who need emergency housing and is paid by government programs. I did not get to sleep and it affected my family as they have Never been exposed to this kind of violence. It made the drive home difficult due to being tired from unable to sleep. Very disappointed- hotel should keep their long stayers separate.

Negatives: No Airport shuttle. No snacks/drinks for purchase. No pool towels.

Negatives: I found hair in the bed…one long hair and several small hairs…your hotel is really not clean…there was hair on the bathroom floor…I arrived at the Marriott for 4 nights and for $20 more per night nothing to do with your hotel…personally I had the impression that the room was not washed properly! I am attaching some photos of the state of the entrance and the elevator..I could have taken many more, do not go to this place, sleep in your car much clean!!
