The location was great for what we needed.

The entire place smelled like weed. Saturday night when we got back to our room the weed smell was so strong my daughter and I both had a headache. I called the front desk and all they offered to do was give me spray to cover the smell.

Customer service was excellent. AJ is an asset to your team. He was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, and handled himself well even when some patrons were rude and unpleasant. Our room was clean, comfortable, and met our needs. I should also mention that there were some teens running around making noise until management got involved. Before we could report the noise, AJ was already handling the situation. It was a blessing to have him working during our stay. Keep up the excellent work!

The customer service was excellent. The hotel employee, was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to assist everyone. Even for rude and impatient guests. He did a fantastic job and you could tell he took pride in his job and did it with excellently.
