Positives:
The location was great for us, attending a wedding only 5 mins away. Check in/out was quick and easy. The room was clean.
Negatives:
There was no blanket on the bed, just a sheet. No blanket stored anywhere in the room. And heater didn’t work properly. Slept poorly because of that, and the curtains couldn’t close all the way so the light from outside shined right over the bed

BREAKMADEFAST WHAT BREAKFAST.?THEY A BIG DEAL WHEN I CHECKED IN SAYING WE HAVE . NOW I KNOW ITS NO BIG BREAKFAST LIKE IHOP BUT I DID EXPECT OFFER OF BAGELS, MUFFINS, CEAREAL AND FRUIT WITH OJ, COFFEE, TEA.
ALL THEY HAD WAS A LOAF OF WHITE BREAD SITTING THERE FOR ME TO MAKE TOAST AND A BANNANA. I PAID $170 FOR THIS ROOM AND ITS A MOTEL NOT A BIG HOTEL IN NYC OR IN A TOWN WITH A GREAT SURROUNDINGS.
MY ROOM AND OFFICE LOBBY WAS CLEAN, NEAT AND QUIET SO IM HAPPY FOR THAT.

Breakfast, what Breakfast?? When I checked in they made A Big Deal that there was BREAKFAST! SO WE GOT UP EARLIER, WHICH WE DIDNT WANT TO DO, ESPECIALLY THAT SOMEONE KEPT RINGING OUR ROOM PHONE SEVERAL TIMES AT 6:30AM AND I WAS FURIOUS.
THEN I GO DOWN FOR BREAKFAST AND THEY ONLY OFFERED A LOAF OF WHITE BREAD FOR ME TO MAKE TOAST, A BANNANA AND OJ.
NOW I KNOW ITS NOT GOING TO BE A DINER OR LIKE NO IHOP, BUT I EXPECTED OFFERS OF BAGELS, MUFFINS, CEREAL, FRUIT ALONG WITH OJ, COFFEE, TEA.
ALL OTHER PLACES THAT CHARGE CHEAPER OFFER CONTINENTAL BF AND THATS WHAT THEY OFFER MORE THAN THIS. THATS USUALLY THE MINIMUM FOR CONTINENTAL BF OF COURSE NO LARGER LIKE A DINER OR IHOP. I PAID $170 FOR ROOM AND I AM A REPEAT CUSTOMER. THATS TOO EXPENSICE FOR A " MOTEL" IN A MEDIOCRE NEIGHBORHOOD.
I KNOW ITS RUN BY YOU WYNDHAM CORP BUT ITS A MOTEL NOT A HOTEL IN NYC WITH FUN NICE SURROUNDINGS OR WHEREVER.
