The reception and personnel were helpful.
Breakfast is pretty decent.
Pool is a big plus for kids.
Negatives:
The facility is getting tired for sure. Some things in the room are broken, for example, the toilet lid was wobbly and the bathroom door is impossible to lock.
Also the sound isolation is very weak, we heard everything that was happening on the floor above us.
Kids had a lot of fun in the pool, but the gym is very small and air is stuffy, impossible to be there due to the lack of ventilation.

There was ants on the clean towels in the gym pool and hotel room. The hot tub didn’t work due to a mechanic issue. And we didn’t have a microwave in our room and I booked for a king suite. I’d really appreciate a discount at the very least for everything we dealt with.

Positives:
Was there for a Sunday night concert. The next morning breakfast was over by 9 am and many of us were caught off guard and did not get any. The location was convenient to get to downtown Syracuse or to the thruway.
Negatives:
The AC / heat unit was not working properly and we could not adjust temperature or turn it off. The room was ice cold upon entering on an October day. We ended up unplugging it. The drain in the bathroom sink was slow and backed up into sink when you ran the water.

Positives:
Decent Continental breakfast. Location was close to I-90. Staff was not rude, only unhelpful.
Negatives:
We reserved a bathtub mobility accessible room. When we arrived, the staff said no accessible room was available. We ended up in a 2 queen regular room, and then the TV did not work. Staff could not fix the TV. They moved us to a handicap accessible for the 2nd night, still not the room we rented. We paid $125/night, and it was all very disappointing.
