Negatives: Moldy leaking pool ceiling, buckets In hallway for leaking pipes, some room had no water

Negatives: Our room was pretty dirty. The bathroom floor had hair all over, the floor and wall had something sticky on it, and the refrigerator was full of old food. The phone was also sooo dirty. We brought wiped with us thank goodness. Also the pool was so strong with chlorine and almost no ventilation it made us all cough, especially my kiddo with asthma.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: When arrived our rooms wete not ready. We then went back 2 hrs later and the rooms were still not ready. My Grandmother had to wait on our dirty room and wait for staff to clean the room. They ran out of linen. The staff complained that they had no linen. No staff. The staff said they had no idea something was going on. Which is crap because i called the main line twice for my my accomadation explaining there was a group of us traveling for wrestling states. Then once my room was done they told my Grandma to put the pillow cases on herself. They staff were not friendly. The one who cooks breakfast yelled at me foe trying to grab my son breakfast before we left and said we could not touch it till 7am even tho it was out for 630 am. The pool had black mold. There was water dripping from the light fictures. I had absolutely no hot water my whole stay to shower or give the kids a bath. Then the front desk told us they were out of hot water and linen. We couldnt get fresh towels. Ours were soaked. They refused to refund me. Or even give me the manager or head ones number.

Negatives: There was no hot water on Easter Sunday. So after having 2 rooms filled with girls swim in chlorine we all had to go to work with no showers. Both ice machines were broke. There was partys in the hall all night long. The main desk guy was amazing

Negatives: This was not the best stay I've had at a Best Western. We were greeted by the trash overflowing at the front entrance, which stayed that way for the entirety of our stay. There was a sign upon check in about putting a $100 security deposit on a credit card, not a debit card. The lady at the front must have seen that I would have had to cancel my reservation as I do not have a credit card. I booked my reservation through Booking.com so I don't understand why I couldn't use my Visa Debit card if it's the same card I reserved my room in. Anyway, she allowed me to use the debit card. They also charged me the full stay upon check in. Usually I've been charged at most hotels upon check out. Both ice machines were out of order and the hot tub was emptied Saturday afternoon so we didn't have any ice and we couldn't enjoy the hot tub (one of the main reasons I booked this hotel was to swim and go in the hot tub). The juice machine and pancake machine were also out of order at the breakfast and Sunday morning there were no eggs. I was very disappointed in this hotel because I have stayed at Best Western many times and had an expectation for the name and price I was paying that I would have a better experience.

Negatives: The shower temperature was inconsistent. It was cold when we checked in and in the morning it was working fine. The drains in both the sink and shower were slow to drain.

Negatives: The pool and hot tub are way smaller then in the pictures and even the looks of the rooms and sizes of the beds are not real to the pictures I got 2 rooms with queen beds they are not queen size they are full size one room still had left over food in the fridge one room the lights in bathroom kept flickering and a couple outlets did not work ...the tiolet flush was broken and the noise in the hall of drunk people allowing thier kids to raise hell and runn all over knocking on my and my other rooms doors was ridiculous when they knew we had important tournaments the next day and close enough to office for them to hear what was going on but didn't say a thing ....when we did ask for help the female staff gave us extremely rude attitude and like we were annoying to her and a incontinence

Negatives: I did not like that the queen room is not a queen size bed truly and the water pressure was horrible and had to take cold shower ... the breakfast was decent but could have been a bit more selection or different ... I ended up having to switch rooms with my daughter because I didn't get the room I originally booked for 3 adults instead had to have a room away from my daughter so my request ignored for others and was giving a room for 3 adult men with one bed .. some staff was amazing some staff were very rude and agitated or annoyed but not welcoming
