I liked how breakfast was included and that I wasn't charged much of a deposit, as I am on a tight budget and have to hide my expenses from my girlfriend to have these getaways. I felt very welcome and was happy to see the staffs smiling faces especially after driving 4 hours to be with someone that I met online. I hope to make many memories here. Wink wink! Sorry about the clogged toilet. My bowels get irritated when I take "the little blue pills" many thanks!

I didn't like how my lady friend said she wasn't a snorer and slept in a diaper and her feet were peeling, and her teeth were not hers, but not a reflection on the hotel. Oh and I am pretty sure she brushed her teeth with toilet water . again not your fault.

The employee who checked me in and out was extremely kind. I wish I had asked her name. Loved the extras....dinner social, the wheel of prizes and the sheep hunt. Employee arranged a late check out for me which was extremely helpful and much appreciated!

The staff is very professional, friendly and efficient at their jobs. I had to extend my stay a couple times and they were very accommodating, always helpful and attentive every time I had a request or inquiry. There was a clogged sink and they sent someone to fix immediately. This was my third time staying at this hotel. The layout of the rooms is wonderful. Has lots of handy storage space and just what you need in a full kitchen in a smaller space. Definitely feels like home away from home!

The only complaint I have about cleanliness is some dust on rarely used surfaces like top of fridge and far corners. The sofa was a bit stiff and bed was creaky but sheets fresh. Overall very clean and comfortable.

Got there at check-in and room wasn't ready. Waited for half hour and had to leave with all our baggage for an appointment. When we got back and in our room, the remote didn't work. Went down to the desk 3 times and all they did was give us new batteries. On the 4th trip down they gave us a completely different remote which worked. No apologies from staff.
