The two bedroom suite was clean and very comfortable. Staff were very nice and the breakfast was more than other places.

Old worn out furniture. The beds were crammed into a small room, we stumbled getting around the entryway into the bathroom. The bathroom vent had a loose ventilator that clanged all night. The hot water tank was broken so no hot water. It seems management was too cheap to keep up the property and certainly not up to IHG standards.

Room was not ready on check in. Room provided was not what was booked. Had two queen beds instead of king. Room was not cleaned. There was major dust on the dining table. Garbage under the fridge and underneath couch cushions. Toiletry items were not refreshed.

Maid staff were very loud in the hallway in the morning. They knocked at our door an hour and a half before check out and woke us after a late night. I believe they should have some communication in place to see who had checked out yet before the time.

The one king bedroom didn’t seem to cool down like the living room and other bedroom.

The property was very clean. It was great that they served breakfast and dinner! There was plenty of parking. The room was excellent. Really liked the full kitchen, the breakfast bar, and the living area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating too. Highly recommend! Will come back!
