Positives:
Alice was very friendly and helpful!! Rooms were clean, but I would prefer my room to be cleaned daily… not every other day… even if sheets aren’t changed, making the bed and touching up cleaning is part of the price. The breakfast staff was extraordinary, they kept things full and cleaned up… helpful if a bagel got stuck in the toaster… never once had to ask for things to be refilled… they made sure everything was always replaced and ready!! Way to go breakfast workers!! Outstanding job!! ❤️❤️
Negatives:
I requested a Manhattan view and didn’t get it, it was disappointing, but was able to enjoy the view on the rooftop.

Wow, let me tell you about the fantastic staff at this hotel - they were just beaming with joy every morning, thrilled to serve us with a smile on their faces. And the service? Oh, it was impeccable! We had to wait 3 whole days to even receive a mediocre apology before we left. The cafeteria was just perfect, with the cozy ambience of having limited seating available - who needs personal space anyway?
But the cherry on top of this whole experience? The view from our window of the garbage-filled streets, the homeless people lounging around, and the overall sketchy surroundings. It was just picturesque. Can't wait to book my next vacation here! Just kidding, I'll forget this place ever existed.

Just what you need for a business or short trip to the city. Rooms are spacious and neat, beds are comfortable, a small kitchenette means that you can make yourself at home. And staff were super helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
Breakfast options were very limited.

Negatives:
They accepted my card to pay for the room, but didn't for my incidentals when I got there. I use Vhime while traveling since it makes losing the card easier to replace. No where does it say they don't accept it for incidentals. Drove from Pennsylvania for work and had to scramble to get another hotel. The woman behind the desk was great, and helpful. Would be nice to add what they don't accept in the description for the hotel.
