Negatives: we arrived after 1am and we’re put next to the elevator and stairs which we’re both loud in the morning. The front desk agent had a robe and socks on! Our bathroom fixtures were all smeared on the sink hadn’t been cleaned in months. I also could see outside next to our air conditioner where they had placed tape and then painted over it
