The people were loud in the hallways at night and morning

The bathroom was clean but crowded.the mattress was comfortable. The woman that checked us in was pleasant and helpful when our tv wasnt working.

It was hard to sleep because the doors slam when other guest close them..the walls were thin and we could hear the people in the next room even though they werent especially loud.. Although the room looked clean our bed spread had visible stains.

well, the rooms were filthy. I have pictures to show bug bites all over my neck and arms. The rooms stunk a lot of people were living there sort of like a section 8 hotel it was completely miserable. You should really look into the hotels that you represent.

I had to call for service at the desk when I got there after about 10 minutes . Couldnt understand the guy when he was talking to me because he kept a straw in his mouth. No coffee in the rooms and the second morning I was there coffee wasnt made till about 6 oclock. It was supposed to be at 5:30.

Homeless people sleeping out back w/ tv's and belongings. I've stayed here before and had a very good experience. However this time I was not comfortable going outside, and there were people fighting outside my bedroom window while I was trying to sleep. Extremely disappointed with this stay. I will no longer be booking here.

Staff was great. Very nice and helpful, and they looked out for us. Quiet rooms. Less disturbance from rooms around and above. Good shower. But really outstanding service from front desk, both Friday and Saturday.
