No chairs in the room. stingy with towels, did not change the linens or empty trash. cutting corners with everything.

Positives:
They have smoking rooms!! This made my stay much more comfortable and they seem to be one of few hotels in the Cortland area that offer this option. Easy access to NY-11 and I-81, plenty of parking, indoor entry doors for all the rooms, DirecTV with lots of channels, windows with screens that you can actually open. Only a couple miles from the CNY living history museum, Main Street in Cortland (under construction currently in 2023) and Homer, where the annual Brockway truck show is held.
Negatives:
The only minor issues I had were: The bathrooms are small, small enough the sink, vanity mirror and hair dryer are outside the bathroom. Also I miss the carpeted floors from when it was a Days Inn, the floors are now laminate faux wood.which I understand is easier to clean etc. like I said minor things but worth noting.
