Negatives: The snotty never helpful manager. In all the years I have been traveling I never experienced such a rude manager who walked around like she just didn't want to be there. Someone like this should not be working in this line of business. It's because of her I will never stay at your hotel ever again nor will any family coworkers or anyone I know because it was the worst experience I've ever had

Positives: There was a great Indian restaurant next door at the Hilton.
Negatives: There was no coffee pot in the room, or anything else to heat water in. When I asked at the front desk, she gave me this old scratched up teflon pot, and said that was all she had. There wasn't even a glass, or paper cup in the room that I could have heated water up in the microwave.

Positives: Our room was VERY clean. You could smell the cleanliness when you entered the room. It was reassuring. Workers were friendly and kind.
Negatives: There was a lot of construction going on each floor and the elevators were broken.im assuming it's not always like that so I could look passed it. I wasn't a fan of there being no lobby or bathroom to use while we waited. If the building space can't accommodate that, its no one's fault. Maybe add some seating when the lobby construction is over. There wasn't much space for the continental breakfast they provided. It was prepackaged muffins and gronla bars. Again, I'm sure when the lobby construction is over, that will be fixed as well.

Positives: The location was easy to find.
Negatives: The rooms were not clean. We switched non smoking rooms twice because of cigarette smell. No kitchen utensils or dish washing items were kept in the room it says to call the desk and they will bring the stuff you need to you but they won’t do that you need to go to the desk to get it. Front desk was very rude.

Positives: Room smelled like garbage. $420 including 100 $ incidental not worth it and they don’t even pay you back your 100$ incidental. Called so many times and they said they don’t know what’s going on. Still dint get my money back. This place is the worst.

Positives: The room was very comfortable and the appliances were clean along with the bathroom. Everything was in order no complaints about the stay. I was able to rest with no problem.

Negatives: Rude employee who refused to honor my reservation which I paid for through booking dot com. She tried charging me double what was posted on booking dot com website and $100 more for incidentals. Showed her my confirmation email and reservation number refused to help me. Booking dot com never responded to my messages to them and wasn't able to reach them by phone so paid for room I never stood in. Will never stay at another Extended Stay America and won't use booking dot com ever again!
