The front desk staff, Cynthia, was very warm as I was there to celebrate my birthday. The room was very clean and comfortable and our breakfast in the morning was better than the average continental breakfast. It was a spread of delicious food and coffee. I'll definitely visit again.

Dirty when I entered my room upon arriving the floor had dirt all over it and had never been vacuumed before my arrival and after the previous guests. The food for breakfast was not properly cooked, when I received a memo after the first morning breakfast asking how everything was and I mentioned that the food was not cooked properly, the person tried to say that it was cooked in the oven, I then explained that I was certified in food safety and she promised they would do better. The next day, sausage patties were not cooked and were cold, eggs were cold and some burnt, sliced bread and morning pastry stale. Food staff did not were hairnets and standing and talking personal conversations blocking crowed Sunday morning guests, rather then wiping dirty tables full of spilled coffee and food residue. I stood there several years ago for another family event and it was a total different experience, which is why I returned. I’m glad my family members who were also going to stay, decided not to as I would have been very embarrassed. The next time I stay up there to visit family I will not stay there again!

The staff that was on shift during our check in was absolutely phenomenal, friendly and accommodating. The hotel staff overall were friendly and helpful. I will say the customer service at this location is one that needs to be rewarded they really go above and beyond and not just the front desk this includes housekeeping, kitchen staff and maintenance. The breakfast was good and the coffee bar in the lobby was an added bonus! I will stay here every time I visit Nanuet moving forward.

Their night staff when we arrived was tremendous... helpful, kind, considerate, humorous. Her name was Sam and the company should bonus her she is such a credit to their product!!!!

The signage for getting into the property off of Rte 59 is terrible. It is easy to end up turning early and going down the entry ramp back onto the interstate... very frustrating!!!!
