Positives: The breakfast facilities with the waffle maker are nice and the vending machines are convenient.

Negatives: I didn't like being placed in a handicapped room although my girlfriend is handicapped. But then she wasn't with me for the annual meeting.

Review

I stay at this hotel every year when I return to West Point for the Army Football Lettermen's Golf Tournament. This year I was placed in a handicapped room. The telephone did not work. I left a wake up call with the attendant on Friday night for 5:15 the next morning so that I would be on time for the Golf Tournament. No one woke me up. I finally woke up at 7:00am. I was late getting to the Tournament but fortunately was still able to play. I was disappointed at the drop off in service. I stay at this hotel because it is an AAA approved hotel.
