The worst part is the hot water.
We had warm water only in the morning - if we need to have shower at the afternoon - it was cold.
The stuff told us that happens when they are super busy - as if we care, cause we paid lots of money for 10 days.
Also Super small bathroom for the large room we booked, with a small shower with curtain and no floor drains so the water floods the bathroom after a shower.
And the last day a big dead cockroach in the room

Water coming out from the pipes was not the cleanest (seemed like something clogged up the drain), view was not as promised (the room I got was overlooking the back of the building)

Overall, a very pleasant first-time...
Positives:
The location is good if you want to be in midtown. Front desk staff were great. It’s on the cheaper side for New York so you get what you pay for I guess.
Negatives:
I spent way too long waiting for elevators. The room was freezing and there was minimal bedding. The single room was fine for one person but zero storage so everything went on the floor. The shower has a bath attached which doesn’t fill - was disappointing given it’s the only way to warm up. Room was noisy as hell! Mainly from the street noise, not the neighbours.
