It is located close to several metro lines, Fulton street, and major attractions in Manhattan, such as the Occulus and WTC Memorial. Room was clean and quiet. Front desk employees were very courteous, attentive and helpful.
Negatives:
The street outside the building is full of potholes, scaffoldings, and buildings in bad shape. Feels a bit sketchy. Hotel building needs upgrading: elevator is lined with chipped wooden panels, sliding bathroom door doesn’t have a bottom rail which means it hangs from the top and doesn’t shut properly. Shower tiles surrounded by mould-stained cocking.

Perfect location for us! Our son lives nearby and we were able to easily connect with him each day after his work. And- while he was at work- we were able to easily connect (by subway) to the rest of the city from a 5-minute walk! Great amenities nearby as well- nice restaurants, bars, 2 nearby pharmacies, a doc-in-the-box, etc.
Negatives:
Room was not consistently prepared each night. It was cleaned and towels were left, but sometimes we didn't receive coffee- or coffee cups- or sweetener- or glasses for water, etc. Just a little more attention to detail would have made this stay perfect! Other than that, we loved the staff friendliness, location, etc.

Great room!!. Modern, clean, huge King bed, pristine bath. It was a luxury room that I got for a bargain price. Exceptional value. I didn't get a chance to visit the roof terrace, but I'll check it out next time. Every member of the staff was courteous, professional and friendly. Right around the corner from the Fulton Street subway to midtown. I loved it.
