Location, location, location. It's a great hotel to stay close to Times Square and Broadway, plus Bryant and Central Parks. The room was comfortable and the facilities were great. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would come back another time! Breakfast was simple but enough for NY.

Staff was nice, approachable, and helpful. Location was good. One of my rooms was handicap accesible so it had a confortable wide bathroom.
Negatives:
Shower was leaking water to the inside of the room, maintenance was sent, and told me someone would come over to check on it, but never confirmed if they fixed it or not. Kept worrying over it everyday and we have a 1 year old.
The internet was not working, plus I had no reception in the room.
Floors were dirty, had to trow towels on the floor because our feet where dirty. The white towels turned brown.
Lobby was too small. At check-in nobody fit, and they where late. Kept saying to wait another 20-30 minutes.
Breakfast was just coffee, no milk. Orange juice, banana, apple and maybe a cold croissant. No drinking water anywhere.

Great location, staff was nice. Breakfast, though danish and coffee/tea, got us through the morning.
Room was VERY small but we were only there to sleep.
Negatives:
No place to really store luggage due to lack of a closet and no space. Room key had to be "rekeyed" every day.
Room was quiet, though we did ask for a room AWAY from the elevator when the reservation was made in July for December and got a room RIGHT NEXT to the elevator and they could not move us as nothing was open. They had plenty of time to fulfill this request.
